We are proud to announce a fantastic new addition to our services which has lots of benefits for van owners, old and new. We have now geared up to manufacture polypropylene lining kits with the support of a professional mobile fitting service for your convenience.

Polypropylene is a type of plastic material which has both strength and durability over traditional plywood. Once sealed with silicone and aluminium trims it can also form an internal lining which is more resistant to fluids and spills - ideal if you regularly wash out your van.

Elite Ply Linings are one of the first manufacturers in the country to offer you this service. A typical installation will include 3mm thick polypropylene sides and top half door panels. Floors and wheel arch boxes are manufactured in a 9mm phenolic wysadeck non-slip material. We can also provide bespoke installations just like our ply service.
